This workshop is designed to significantly enhance and bring precision to your facilitation and negotiation skills and techniques. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, our work can seem ineffective and it can be puzzling how this could be. This workshop provides a template for analyzing the work that Collaborative professionals do with their clients, breaking it down into distinct phases that are driven by what specific clients need. It then teaches specific tools for each phase. By providing a structure for working with clients and for organizing tools, you will be able to confidently select the right tools to help with common issues. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to deploy specific tools with precision and effectiveness. First taught in 2011, this workshop has received rave reviews and it is almost certain to transform the way you work with clients and conflict. This workshop is designed for advanced practitioners who wish to learn practical skills that can immediately impact how to work on all cases.
- How to build a positive alliance with your clients;
- Learning the purposes of various conflict resolution tools, when they can be used and when they should not be used; and
- Skills to help parties whose sense of entitlement, anger, passivity, or resistance, is getting in the way.
This workshop was first created in 2011, and received rave reviews.
