This program is designed to give collaborative team members an understanding of this pivotal role. For coaches, this is a golden opportunity to learn, practice and experience the “Divorce Coach Skill Set” – a comprehensive tool box developed out of years of experience to strengthen your effectiveness and efficiency working with divorcing couples and families. Other Collaborative team members will enhance their abilities and deepen their understanding of the clients’ experience.

  • Employing conflict-transforming interventions
  • Un-coupling a marriage – building successful co-parents
  • Building a future: trust building steps and protocols
  • Recognizing and working with family dynamics that play out in teams
  • Connecting with clients – incorporating the entire family in the collaborative process
  • Shared language for teams
  • Insights into the value of a coach to share with clients

Registration: May 17: 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Program
: May 17: 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (dinner included); May 18: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Credits: 10 CEUs and 3 CLEs applied for.

Prerequisite: Basic Collaborative Law Training; Mediation (or equivalent) training
